From time to time, the local Holiday Letting industry is required to participate in wider forums, such as the recent New South Wales Parliamentary Inquiry into Short-term Holiday Letting. We make submissions when required, we deal with media enquiries and we represent the local Holiday Letting community as needed.

Sometimes, even with the very best processes in place, and the very best of intentions, guests misbehave. Our Noisy Neighbours Hotline and Security Service gives you peace of mind. After a complaint is made, we dispatch a independent security team member who is trained to diffuse noise and anti-social behaviour at any time of the day or night. We keep detailed records and our HLO administration staff will follow up all complaints and pass information onto you so you can deal with the complaint in an appropriate and timely way.
